The Canungra Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer-led organisation dedicated to supporting local businesses and contributing to the sustainable growth of Canungra and the surrounding region.
Led by an active President and Executive Committee, the Chamber works collaboratively to advocate for the interests of its members while promoting positive economic and social outcomes for the wider community. Through strong relationships with local, state and regional stakeholders, the Chamber provides a unified voice for business and plays an important role in shaping opportunities for development, training and innovation.
A key focus of the Chamber is building connections. Regular General Meetings, business networking events and professional development workshops provide members with opportunities to share knowledge, strengthen relationships and stay informed about issues affecting their industries. Guest speakers and partner organisations are often invited to present on topics such as workforce development, cybersecurity, small business support programs and regulatory changes.
The Chamber is also proud to support and participate in major community events and initiatives that celebrate Canungra’s unique identity. These include collaborative projects such as the International Women’s Day Breakfast, Christmas Markets, and local business promotions that bring people together while showcasing the strength and diversity of the region’s enterprises.
Advocacy remains central to the Chamber’s work. By listening to members and representing their concerns, the Executive Committee strives to ensure that Canungra’s business community is well supported and positioned for long-term success.
With a strong commitment to collaboration, community engagement and business resilience, the Canungra Chamber of Commerce continues to play an important role in fostering a vibrant, connected and forward-looking local economy.
